Myriah Palow

Myriah is a Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Massage Therapist. Slow and intentional with her work, she uses a variety of passive and active stretching along with breath work to target hypertonicities in her muscle therapy. While her lymphatic work stays gentle and rhythmic, as she follows the vessel system, releasing fluid and toxins as she travels from one area to the next.
