Hi I’m Emily, a licensed massage therapist and reiki practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a background in healthcare as a chiropractic assistant. I enjoy helping those in my community reach their wellness goals whether that includes pain relief, relaxation, stress relief, increased range of motion, energetic clearing, or all of the above! I offer Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage. Other modalities I utilize include trigger point therapy, static and dynamic cupping, reiki, and gua sha facial massage. My style of massage includes a mix of therapeutic and relaxing techniques to calm the nervous system while relieving muscle tension.
