Alexandra Rylkiewicz

Alexandra studied massage therapy at Cortiva Institute, Hoboken in 2015. She believes in the body's ability to heal itself and uses her expertise to assist this process. Alexandra has the hands of intuition that will give you nurturing comfort while providing therapeutic techniques to give you the proper care your body needs.    Alexandra's massage styles include: swedish, therapeutic deep tissue, sports and is certified in manual lymphatic drainage.     In addition to her work as a massage therapist, she has been working in the culinary field for over 17 years. Alexandra enjoys blending local, seasonal ingredients to create nourishing, healing meals. She enjoys meal prepping for busy families and cooking for private dinners.Currently based in Bar Harbor, Maine
