I am a licensed (La Lic 5729) and certified shiatsu practitioner (AOBTA-CP 4019) in the state of Louisiana with over 14 years experience. I graduated with a PhD in Cell Biology and Anatomy from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans specializing in the anatomical sciences and researching pain models of inflammation and diabetes. I bring a combination of east and west methodologies to help patients with pain relief, relaxation, increased joint mobility, increased circulation, and/or general health wellness.

Having both the anatomical sciences and shiatsu in my practice allows me to effectively coordinate treatment plans with a health professional team or with individual clients. I work alongside lifestyle medicine practitioners to devise lifestyle plans to promote better health options for clients.

My clients remain fully clothed during a shiatsu session and personalized attention to their specific goals. I bring a combination of eastern and western therapies in my practice which can assist traditional or natural medicine goals for any client.
