My massage and energy work practice has given me a deep reverence for the human body and all the wonderful things it does for us every day. I am here to help you tap into your own grounding regenerative power by working with your parasympathetic nervous system to promote balance and ease in the body-mind.I offer effective and practical application of massage & bodywork as well as Reiki to provide you with customized treatment for your own unique anatomy and physiology. My clients tell me that my sessions promote deep restful sleep and help to alleviate physical and emotional pain.It is my absolute joy and honor to meet you along your path and to hold space for you as we dance the mysteries of the body-mind-spirit connection. It is my privilege to provide you with unconditional support, acceptance and compassion for your own amazing capacity for healing. My massage & Reiki practice is trauma informed and my treatment room is a safe space for every body.
