Elizabeth brings 10 years of experience into her customized massage sessions - which are a fusion of several modalities- according to client needs and wants. Whether it’s pampering or intense bodywork that you seek, Elizabeth’s Swedish massage is just as luxurious as her Deep Tissue.Her top goal is to join her clients in their individual journeys toward health and restoration. She is specifically trained in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, the basics of Craniosacral, Prenatal, Reflexology, Warm Stones, Sports Massage, Spa, and Stretching.Elizabeth trained in Miami, Florida. After which, she worked for two years at a 4-star hotel spa in South Beach, six years at The Massage Center in downtown Lexington, and a brief stint in the Chicagoland area. Now, she returns to her hometown of Lexington venturing into her own practice- Grounded Massage Therapy- and partnering with Halo Salt Room and Wellness. Elizabeth, LMT, MLD-C is certified in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage from ACOLS. and is a Community Care Provider for Veteran Affairs.
