Ann is a BCTMB LMT trained/specializing in Myofascial Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Visceral and Neural Manipulation, CranioSacral, Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C) therapies as well as AIS, pregnancy/labor, TMJ and sports massage. Practicing since 1979, Ann also has worked with athletes and sports teams (UK Men's basketball team, UK track team, professional equestrians), as well as outpatient and acute rehab settings.  She is past co-chair/co-founder of the AMTA-KY Sports Massage Team as well as current Kentucky Government Relations Chair. In addition to her private practice, Ann teaches Kinesiology and Ethics at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in Lexington, Kentucky. Her practice specializes in pain management, stress relief, post op care customized to each client's needs.
