Charla Swafford

I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB). I love learning how connected the body is, and I enjoy working with clients to achieve balance by working with their specific needs. Every body is unique, and every massage should be tailored to accommodate your unique situation and goals. I am continuing my education in order to keep learning new techniques and skills that will help my clients feel their best. I graduated with 1000 hours of massage education, and have taken numerous continuing education classes since, including my current studies in orthopedic medical massage. During my intake and assessment with you, I’ll ask questions to find out what you are looking for in a massage and determine what techniques may be most helpful. And afterwards, I’ll check in with you to see how you are feeling and if we need to make any adjustments for your future sessions.
