I am a licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor, and lifelong student of holistic healing. My path is deeply rooted in Ayurveda and I will graduate with a Masters in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine in June 2026. My approach for massage blends the wisdom of Ayurveda with therapeutic bodywork. Each session is guided by the body's natural rhythms and individual needs. Ayurvedic inspired massage techniques are thoughtfully paired with Western Swedish methods, offering both relaxation and focused support on what is needed most. I believe healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Services include Swedish Massage, Hot Stones, Body Wraps along with Ayurveda Offerings of Shirodhara, Pizhichil, and Abhyanga. My intention is to offer a gentle place to land - right here beneath the prairie sky.
