I am a 2008 graduate of Carlson College of massage therapy. I retired from traditional massage in March 2026 due to injuries and because of this had to reevaluate how I could continue serving other while caring for my own health. That's where Monticello Restorative Therapy was born, The services that I offer now are specialized on therapies that promote healing, recovery and regulating the nervous system.
