I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master,and Registered Nurse. I have roots in the south andhave called WA, CO, and now Iowa City home--eachplace offering gifts and lessons that add vibrantthreads to the tapestry of my life and work. I received my massage training at Carlson College ofMassage Therapy in Anamosa, IA with a focus onintegrative, therapeutic techniques rooted in respectfor the body's natural wisdom. Trained in the Usui reikitradition, I continue to be guided by mentorship,intuition, and curiosity. With a nursing background that includes caring forpeople navigating trauma, mental health crises, andsystemic injustice, my approach is trauma-aware,consent-centered, and rooted in compassion. Along with my work, I tend to my family, my pets, andmy plants. I delight in vintage and handmadetreasures, spiritual inquiry, and the natural world.
