Julie Haufe

Julie Haufe is a 2006 graduate of Massage Therapy at Capri College, Dubuque, Iowa.  Julie also holds a B.A. in communications and a minor in journalism from the University of Northern Iowa.  She has extensive continuing educations in Neural Reset Therapy®, Integrated Neuromuscular Re-Education, Myokinesthetic System, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage for complicated Knee and Shoulder Conditions, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Medical Massage for Cranial Pain, TMJ & Headaches, A non-surgical Approach to Carpal Tunnel, Tai Chi Massage, and Hot and Cold Stone Therapies.My passion is helping others find relief from debilitating stress and pain through various massage techniques that work.I listen to my client concerns, identify their physical activities, assess the body and the mechanics and then provide an environment that ultimately bring the body back into homeostasis. I’ve provided long-term relief for chronic conditions, such as Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and localized areas such as the back, neck, leg and shoulder pain, to name a few.  I have worked in various healthcare environments and upscale spa settings which has positively impacted the professional care I offer to my clients.
