I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Iowa and own A to Z Therapeutic Massage in Central City, IA. I graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in August of 2005. I use my 12+ years of experience and continued education in the field to customize each of my massages to best fit my client's individual needs.Through my experiences I have found that many of my client's complaints and ailments are completely stress related. The results of stress on our bodies can greatly effect our health and well-being. Through massage therapy stress can be greatly reduced in the body resulting in the reduction of muscle pain, tightness and tension. I beleive that making time for ourselves and budgeting for regular massage is truly an investment in our own health and self care.
