I've been actively practicing massage therapy in the Ames area for over 7 years now. I just left a franchise based company to open my own place of relaxation and rehabilitation for my clients. I strongly believe massage is a necessity and not just a luxury. The availability to learn more in the massage world is always expanding, so I love being able to learn new techniques that fit my clients needs. I use a wide variety of techniques and modalities to provide the best care to my clients. Some of these techniques include deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point, and cupping therapy.
