I have been a practicing Massage Therapist for the past 19 years! On the first day of class in my massage program, I fell in love with bodywork! Massage Therapy has given me a deep appreciation for everything our bodies do on regular basis just to keep us upright. While I started out working in spa settings, I quickly realized that deep tissue and therapeutic modalities were where my heart and ability lied. In understanding where I needed to be, I transitioned to working exclusively in medical and sports settings, as well as building my own private practice. Today I'm just as excited about the work I do as I was on my first day of class!
