I became interested in massage therapy after a great therapist played a key role in my recovery from a severe auto accident. Massage therapy helped my wife and both of my parents heal from serious and chronic medical conditions.It’s always my joy and honor to help my clients’ bodies heal themselves from chronic pain and acute injuries. I have provided massage to facilitate recovery from emotional and spiritual distress.I practice deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release, and perform injury assessment and treatment for a wide variety of conditions including headaches, sciatica, carpel tunnel, plantar fasciitis, back and shoulder pain, tennis and golfer elbow, and TMJ syndrome.Or - - I can conduct the best hour of your week by pampering you with relaxing massage, essential oils, and hot towels. It’s up to you!You’ll find me to be a caring, kind and sensitive partner in your wellness strategy and you will find my massage therapy to be a safe and effective compliment to the care you’re receiving from chiropractic, medicine, counseling, and physical therapy.
