I offer a Serene Swedish full body massage which is deeply relaxing and designed to calm the mind and to promote healing to the whole body while relieving stress/anxiety, soothing tired/sore muscles, and to relieve areas of pain throughout the body. My Himalayan Salt Stone massage involves massaging the body with warmed stones which is deeply relaxing, and it creates a wonderful therapeutic experience. The stones contain 84 trace minerals that your body absorbs during your massage. You will also get a gentle exfoliation when the stones pass over your body. These stones melt away tension and pain while creating a very calming, grounding effect. I also offer a a few spa treatments such as scrubs for back, hands and feet, aromatherapy and herbal foot soaks.I am also a Craniosacral practitioner (CST-2) and I can also be found on the Upledger Institute International website.
