I am a Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapist with expertise in deep tissue massage and advanced bodywork techniques. I integrate orthopedic manual therapy methods with trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, hot stones, and other deep tissue modalities to alleviate or eliminate pain and enhance range of motion. One of my favorite treatments is moist heat therapy, which helps increase blood flow, relax muscles, and alleviate pain and stiffness in joints and muscles. I have tailored my approach to deep tissue therapy to minimize discomfort and soreness, with many clients even experiencing relaxation to the point of falling asleep during sessions.
