Ina Redstone

I grew up in Saint Louis, Mo and relocated to Troy, Illinois in 2020. In February of 2022 I was blessed with a little boy, who is my pride and joy. A hardworking and recently single mom, I come from a background in customer service and people care, emphasizing in government sponsored managed healthcare, mostly in people management, government compliance, and quality assurance. I love learning and am currently in the first of a 3 year educational program to become a Registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and am also interested in expanding into Sound Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, crystal healing, and herbal medicine in the future. In the meantime, I am thoroughly excited to have completed my transformation from desk healthcare operations to hands-on care, and am ready to be a part of your care team during any recovery or a partner in your regular self-care healing!
