After graduating from nursing school, I worked in a variety of healthcare settings. I have an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree and I completed all course work for a Doctorate Degree in Business Management.I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Group Fitness Trainer, Elite Tainer and Life Coach. I am a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist. I received my training from The SOMA Institute in Chicago, Illinois and I am experienced and trained in a variety of massage therapy modalities.
