Massage therapy is one of the oldest forms of health care yet it is costly and often looked at as a luxury. This fact bothered me and that is how Natural Balance Massage Therapy came to be. In February 2010, I opened Natural Balance Massage Therapy with the goal to create a place where individuals could utilize massage therapy to manage their pain, decrease stress and overall wellbeing to bring their mind, body and spirit back into balance. I strongly believe that massage therapy should be part of everyone’s wellness routine. It is my belief that in order for everyone to have access to massage therapy then massage therapy needs to be affordable so that it can be integrated into a person’s wellness routine.
