Hello! My name is Ashley Lefferts and I have been a licensed massage therapist since August 2023. I own and operate Simply Equanimity Massage & Bodywork in Athens, Illinois. Although I am still learning about the different modalities within the massage world, I put a lot of heart and soul in every session and enjoy helping my clients feel their best. I currently specialize in Swedish and Deep Tissue, but my favorite type of massage to give so far is Pregnancy Massage! It is so rewarding to help a sore soon-to-be Mama feel relief from the aches and pains that go along with carrying a child. I wish I would have known about the benefits of massage when I was pregnant with my two kids!
