Licensed in the State of Illinois since 2016, I have thousands of hours of bodywork experience, in both clinical and recreational settings, in addition to other wellness-related training.Specific modalities in my wheelhouse include deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, chair massage, passive stretching regimens, meditation coaching and focused breathing techniques, and other bodywork forms.As someone who spent many years in full-time positions, I am well-acquainted with the mental and physical stressors that coming along with lengthy workdays and fast-paced work environments - the most common causes of the 'urban wind-up'. Urban Unwind Wellness was built with empathy for anyone experiencing these same challenges to their wellness and with the intention to help others achieve better wellbeing and a healthier lifestyle.
