I have wanted to be a Massage Therapist since I was 6-years-old. At 40 I've made my lifelong dream a reality! I'm a Registered Nurse, Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, Karuna Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and much more. I combine all of the knowledge, experience, and healing modalities that I've been lucky enough to gather over the years to offer a truly unique and healing experience.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist I use an integrative approach to suite each client's individual needs. I've received additional trainings and certifications beyond my Massage Therapy schooling in Oncology Massage, Ayurveda, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Myofascial Release.
