Hello, my name is Charmaine and I am a licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. I invite you to try a massage or Reiki session that incorporates multiple methods of healing which are carefully designed to help you to feel your best. Whether you are looking for relief from pain, loosening tight muscles and joints, improved circulation, more flexibility, better quality of sleep, prenatal, decreased anxiety, or more energy, one of my massages may help.I learned Reiki, craniosacral therapy and sound healing with singing bowls and tuning forks to enhance the massage experience, but then found those forms of treatment to be very successful on their own for reducing pain and illness, as well as being calming, grounding, and supporting personal growth. My in-person Reiki session for adults incorporates at least six healing modalities during your session. I also do Reiki for babies and children and am available for remote Reiki sessions for any age.I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C) therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and am available to do MLD treatments for illness, injury, and pre- and post-op for many cosmetic surgery procedures. Whichever treatment you choose, I will listen to you before your treatment, pay attention during, and provide feedback afterward, in order to help you achieve your goals to be your Best Self!
