Hi!  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, owning Schuck Massage Therapy LLC.  As of May 1, 2018, I will be expanding my business and relocating to studio space in Highland, Illinois.  I have added additional massage therapists to my team, to better serve you. I have been in practice since 2013.  I offer a variety of modalites such as:  Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage. Relieve Stress: significantly lower insulin levels, cortisol, and heart rate. These are a major factor that will help reduce stress. Relaxation: Massage has been shown to assist in helping the body enter a relaxing rest and recovery mode. Posture: Massage assists with reinforcement of healthy and natural movement, which will assist in getting your posture corrected. Circulation: Massage moves blood throughout the congested areas, which will case new blood to flow. This will help improve body function. Lower Blood Pressure: Massage can lower blood pressure. Muscle: Massage gets the persistent pain by relaxing tense muscles. Headaches: Massage can assist to ease the pressure and pain of a headache.
