You can call me Fitz! I am a 6+ year LMT who is highly experienced and skilled in Deep Tissue and Swedish massage with a unique skill for incorporating aspects of sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques to my clients’ preference. My goal is to create a softening thixotropic effect on stiff and sore areas in order to achieve better muscle relaxation, improve range of motion, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, aid the circulatory system, decrease pain, and boost recovery.My pressure range can vary from soothing and gentle for more relaxation, or firm and direct for areas that need it. The balance between too light or too firm pressure is unique for every client, and a very important factor in feeling like you’ve had a good massage! I have found that I have a skill for reading and adapting to the body’s pressure preferences, finding hidden areas of tension, and melting stress away. My client’s often report feeling rejuvenated, less stressed, more comfortable in their body, more cohesive, even sometimes taller, and (most importantly) in less pain than before. My  scalp and face massages have also been known to help ease headaches and sinus pressure! I have been serving the northwest suburbs of Chicago from Rolling Meadows to Carol stream for the past 4 years of my 6 years as an LMT. I recently joined the LifeTime brand and have been taking clients at the LifeSpa inside of LifeTime Schaumburg!
