I have been a massage therapist for thirteen years, and consider this to be my life's work. I received my diploma from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2000. I have continued to expand my skills with hundreds of hours of continuing education in, but not limited to, Ortheopedic, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Sports, Pregnancy, and Ashiatsu Massage.At my private practice, Crystal Lake Massage Therapy, LTD, my goal is to work collaboratively with each client to find the source of dis-ease, effectively problem solve and encourage proper self-care.
