I have been licensed and practicing massage for 21 years, fluent in Spanish and a transplant in Chicago, Illinois, but native to Florida for over 40 years. I am also a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, licensed skincare specialist and a Holistic Lifestyle coach, trained in injury assessment, exercise prescription, and general health/wellness principles. My other certifications include: first aid, CPR, Medical Massage, Table Top Thai, Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Master, Astrology, Shirodhara and Abyhanga.
