I received my Bachelors of Science Degree specializing in Alternative Medicine. I have been licensed and practicing massage for 21 years, fluent in Spanish and a transplant in Chicago, Illinois, but native to Florida for over 40 years. I am also a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, licensed skincare specialist and a Holistic Lifestyle coach, trained in injury assessment, exercise prescription, and general health/wellness principles. My other certifications include: first aid, CPR, Medical Massage, Table Top Thai, Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Master, Astrology, Shirodhara and Abyhanga. Among these modalities are also Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point, Cupping, Strain Counter Strain, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue, Himalayan Hot Stone, injury prevention and wellness services which include general health/wellness coaching and fitness program instruction.
