I've been a massage therapist since 1997. Was in class #38 at the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and was an instructor there and at Cortiva. I've been a full time since. Certified in Myofascial Therapy, Advanced Structural Therapy and have been trained in Neuromuscular Therapy. I also was a Hatha Yoga Instructor for 4 years. For the last 4 years I have been doing Crossfit at Windycity Crossfit and have been working with the coaches and athletes there.
