Providing an integration of relaxation and clinical techniques customized to each client’s needs and preferences which may be adapted to office and/or special event settings. Catherine is a 2003 graduate from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy where she was trained in anatomy, physiology, Swedish massage, Sports massage, Trigger Point Therapy, pre-natal, complimentary applications of chair massage, spa treatments and was introduced to eastern techniques. Throughout her career she has added Myofascial massage, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Shiatsu, Tuina, Gua sha and Qi Gong movement and breath work. Catherine's main focus is on upper body issues offering treatments ranging anywhere from a 15 minute relaxing chair massage to 90 minute table treatments addressing TMJ, TOS and releasing the rotator cuff.
