Hello! I am the sole practitioner behind Harmony Awakened PLLC. As a licensed massage therapist and bodywork specialist, I bring over a year of dedicated training and years of personal experience as a recipient of bodywork to my practice. Every session is client-centered, drawing from therapies such as Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) to support my clients' unique wellness needs. My goal is to create a space where they can find relief, align with their body’s natural rhythm, and discover their potential for thriving health.
