Welcome! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist through Norton School of Lymphatics, a Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists and Yoga 4 Cancer Certified. I am also a Heart Math and Healing Touch Practitioner. I mainly work with breast cancer patients using manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to relieve lymphedema symptoms and treatment side effects along with soft tissue techniques to encourage tissue mobility post treatment, and yoga therapy to support mobility, build strength, and relieve stress. I am employed at two St Louis cancer hospital locations as a Massage Therapist, Lymphedema Therapist, and Yoga Therapist in Integrative Medicine where I also provide Healing Touch treatments to infusion patients.I have limited availability in my private practice in the Belleville, IL area to provide therapy for patients who experience ongoing symptoms of lymphedema and or radiation in the comfort of your home.
