Krystal Irick

I grew up in a small town in Idaho and have been residing in Pocatello, ID for 18 years. I started along my healing journey by experiencing foot zone therapy. I was amazed at what it did for me mentally emotionally just by having my feet touched. I then decided I wanted to learn all these different modalities that help with your body mind and soul connection. I became a foot zone therapist and reiki practitioner in early 2022 and became a licensed massage therapist in 2024. I was introduced briefly to craniosacral therapy in massage school and just by reading about the benefits and what it can do for you I knew I wanted to learn. I came across Upledger institute in early 2025 and started my craniosacral journey. I will continue my knowledge and education to add more modalities and “tools” under my belt to help my clients along their journey. I offer massage therapy, foot zone therapy, polarity, and intuitive energy work which I use in all my sessions.
