My journey in the world of Massage Therapy began at Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts in 2021.Following a car accident in 2018 that resulted in multiple injuries such as a concussion, whiplash, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), I experienced daily pain along with brain fog, restricted shoulder mobility, and numbness/tingling in my arm. When surgery seemed like the only option left for me, I discovered a massage therapist who provided immense relief from pain and improved range of motion in my shoulder. That experience inspired me to assist others just as she had helped me.Massage Style:I specialize in relaxation and treatment massages incorporating various techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue massage, trigger point therapy as well as myofascial releases. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
