I have been practicing massage therapy, yoga and energy work for over 12 years. The more I learn, the less I know, but this hasn't stopped me from continuing my journey nor has it quenched my thirst for more knowledge! I truly believe that we are body, mind and spirit, and as such we should treat these three levels instead of just focusing on the physical plane. My passion for helping others heal has only increased through the years, and I love what I do!I have a bachelors degree in Health Science, a minor in Psychology, a certificate of massage therapy, and am nationally certified and state licensed. I am a long standing member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization.
