I'm absolutely passionate about being a massage therapist! I’m lucky to have solid training, a natural touch, and a strong intuition to guide me. My focus is on providing integrative full-body massages, with a specialty in deep tissue. I take a holistic approach to wellness and incorporate Reiki energy healing in every session. The techniques I use include myofascial release, shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, acupressure, reflexology, pin-and-stretch methods, skin rolling, general kneading, compression, and of course, Swedish effleurage to tie it all together. With over 20 years of yoga experience, I bring a well-rounded perspective to each session. I’ve had a lot of success helping clients with sciatica relief and improving range of motion in the rotator cuff. On top of that, I also work part-time as an Injury Prevention Specialist for a team of healthcare professionals, helping workers in high-risk industries like construction, roofing, and mechanics. I’m based in Honolulu, HI, and I offer 90-minute and 2-hour sessions at my massage studio. It’s all about giving you the best care and helping you feel your best!
