Jennifer Lighty

I began my massage career as an aquatic bodyworker and bring a fluid presence to my work with clients on the table. I graduated from The Pacific Center for Awareness & Bodywork on Kauai as a trauma-informed somatic bodyworker in 2020 and have been serving clients through therapeutic and relaxation massage since. I offer transformative sessions founded on deep listening and presence. Each session is custom designed through intuition and the client’s expressed needs. Modalities include Swedish, lomilomi, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, hot stones and craniosacral therapy. I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and Access Consciousness Bars practitioner. A strong sense of energy flow and dynamics is the foundation of my work, along with kindness and respect for every client.
