As a licensed massage therapist I first started working with Chiropractors and a Spinal Surgeon. I learned different techniques and modalities to help clients achieve pain relief without medication. I use Neuromuscular techniques, Myofascial release and Active Isolated stretching to target areas of pain and stagnation. I love what I do and continue to learn as I grow.
