I have practiced the art of massage most of my life. I am honored to share my gift with all of my patients. My mission is to help release tension the muscle groups hold on to, allowing my patients to live their lives pain free. My approach is body, mind, soul, spirit. Most people seek my service have a acute, or chronic soft tissue pain, or dysfunction, or are athletes trying to reach peek performance.. I am licensed, and have professional credentialing to administer; NMT' Neuromuscular therapy, Lymphatic drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Graston technique, medical & Sports Cupping, cyrotherapy, yoga, and meditation.
