I am a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage. I am a certified Medical Massage Therapist trained in myofascial release, Neuromuscular & trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish & spa techniques, chair massage, Craniosacral, & reflexology (which are all just fancy ways of saying I’m trained to help you with your chronic pain & other soft tissue aches/pains/dysfunctions). I use an integrated approach to address my clients specific needs. The body heals best when it’s at rest so I always take care to create an atmosphere of peace. I use hot towels, aromatherapy, pain cream &/or more to round out every session. My office is located inside Meriwether Rehab Solutions Physical Therapy in Manchester, Ga.
