I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) with over 2600 hours of teaching over the last 10 years, a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) with over 1100 training hours and an Avid Energy Worker (20+ yrs. of experience). I am Certified to teach Continuing Education through NCBTMB (#1000454) I am also a current teacher at Touch For Healing School of Massage in Jasper GA. I am certified in Thai Massage/Bodywork, Lymphatic Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc., and Reflexology (Face, Hands, Feet). I specialize  in working with clients that have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, upper and lower back pain, issues with neck/shoulders and limited ROM (Range of movement).
