My name is Ashley young I am a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Atlanta school of massage. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2010 where I have worked along side chiropractors for many years before branching off into my own massage practice. Massage therapy has always been a passion of mine and I believe in the power of a healing touch through massage and the body's ability to heal itself. Some of the modalities used during a session includes NeuroMuscular therapy, Trigger Point therapy, Pregnancy massage, Hot Stone massage, Swedish massage and Deep Tissue. Each session is different and based on the clients individual needs.
