Shannon Baig

As a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist based in Kennesaw, Georgia, I blend advanced therapeutic techniques with a passion for nervous system regulation and somatic healing to help clients reclaim vitality and ease chronic tension.

My path in bodywork began in metro Atlanta's wellness scene, where I honed skills at a chiropractic office and an upscale spa. Today, I deliver tailored sessions for each client who seeks me for trauma-informed care and support, pain management due to injury or postural issues as well as pain rooted in stress and auto-immune challenges.

I offer customized treatments focusing on mental and nervous system health, using gentle , intuitive methods to reset the body's stress responses. Whether addressing postural imbalances or emotional holding patterns, my approach prioritizes safety and empowerment.

Outside of the treatment room you will find me spending time with friends and family, outside riding my bike or playing golf, reading, learning a new craft or cheering on my favorite football teams! These pursuits fuel my commitment to holistic balance and creative flow. I believe true healing bridges the mind, body and everyday joys, inviting you to experience that transformation right here in Kennesaw.
