About
Originally from the DC area, I have moved and traveled all over the country before settling in Florida in 2020. But wherever I go, I always feel most at peace in nature, especially on the water. I love paddleboarding, scuba diving, hiking, camping, and exploring wild places. I have a bachelor’s degree in biology and spent years working as a wildlife biologist and later in the nonprofit world before finding my way to massage.
I trained at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, a school with more than 50 years of history in massage education. The experience gave me a strong foundation across a range of therapeutic approaches while reinforcing something I already felt strongly about: good bodywork is as much about presence, awareness, and human connection as it is about understanding anatomy and technique.
Outside of massage, I enjoy reading, cooking, going to the beach, gym, and hanging out with my little pittie, Madeleine. Life is good.
