I have my own business, The Sanctuary,  in Vero Beach, Florida.  I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 27 years. While living in Arizona for 4 years I was a massage instructor for Deep Tissure Massage, Sports Massage, Massage Lab & Lecture and Business Planning. For 4 years I was a part of the Boston Marathon Sports Massage team. I am experienced, educated and professional. I LOVE what I do. Health, exercise and nutrition are a big part of my life. I have been trained as a personal trainer and a group excercise instructor through AFAA.  I will help to soften, lengthen and stretch your muscles.  I can help you to unwind your mind, your body and your spirit.
