I enjoy having a small practice, being able to provide clients with a quiet place to enjoy their spa experience without the stress and noise of a salon. I also value each person's individual choices. As a massage therapist, I take pride in being able to provide great services to you in a relaxing, secure environment. I love caring for people, being able to provide physical, mental, & spiritual well-being by promoting the incorporation of bodywork and healthy living for a more healthy, joyful lifestyle. I also continue to add to my expertise as an LMT through continued education.

My experience includes, but is not limited to, swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, sports massage, neuromuscular, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones, aromatherapy, reflexology, various body and spa treatments. I also have background in medical massage, using massage, hot/cold therapy, ultrasound therapy, paraffin therapy, EMS, manual manipulation.

My practice is based on the belief that my clients' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs.
