I assist my clients in gaining a pain free life style by utilizing specific Massage techniques, such as Medical, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Lymphatics &/or Reflexology. In addition to implementing stretches, certain Yoga postures, I show my clients how one can do things at home, so your visits are more of a monthly tune-up. I personally prefer a more Holistic and Natural approach, but each of you has different needs and connecting with your Dr. is always key in assuring you do not do anything that can hinder your healing (surgery, etc); or just daily routines that can be altered to be more effective or less strenuous. I look forward to joining you on your healthy lifestyle journey. My business is Blue Ice Yoga & Massage LLC and do home visits.
