My goal for my client's.... getting the body back into balance so they can have a better recovery from working out or injury - to remain Pain Free! I am the owner of Dynamic Movement & Bodywork.I am continuing my educational journey in MPS (micro current point stimulation), C-MLD, NKT, Orthopedic massage, Myoskeletal Alignment and as a Personal Trainer.  I assess the body for dysfunctions in the muscles, ligaments and tendons and help to clear those patterns.
