Ernie utilizes Gua-sha (muscle scraping) and cupping techniques, for deeper tissue work. The goal of his sessions is to alleviate pain, discomfort, and tension in the body by restoring balance and function to the muscles. Ernie has sustained multiple injuries growing up playing both organized and "extreme" sports, which he feels give him insight into the recovery process.
